Your immediate goal is to create a Red Box. The only way is to empty the Yellow Box in Column 2. Start by tapping the Yellow marble in the bottom row of the Top Tray and routing it into that Yellow Box. Then find the remaining Yellow marbles in the tray to complete the fill. Once the Yellow Box is full, it disappears, revealing a Red Box in its place.

Now you have a safe spot for the crucial Red marble with the Yellow yarn ball. Tap that Red marble and send it down to the Red Box. As soon as it lands, the Yellow yarn unwinds, and the massive Yellow cover on the right side vanishes, exposing Column 4. But this freedom is short-lived—a new Green yarn cover will soon lock Column 2 again.

How to Beat Marble Sort Level 685 — Step-by-Step

Phase one: Break the Yellow Lock

1. Tap the Yellow marble in the bottom row of the Top Tray and drop it into the Yellow Box at the top of Column 2.
2. Clear the remaining Yellow marbles from the tray to finish filling that Yellow Box—look for them in the upper rows, left and center.
3. When the Yellow Box disappears, the Red Box underneath is revealed.
4. Immediately tap the front-right Red marble that carries the Yellow yarn ball and deliver it to the Red Box.
5. Watch the Yellow cover on the far right dissolve, opening Column 4.

Phase two: Handle the Green Cover

1. After the Yellow cover is gone, a Green knitted cover suddenly appears over Column 2, locking it again.
2. Look to the middle-left of the Top Tray, next to the left-side Tunnel—you will see a Brown marble with a Green yarn ball on top.
