1. Now that the first layer is gone, the bottom Boxes reveal Yellow, Cyan, Bright Green, and Orange as new targets.
2. Tap the left-side Cyan box from the front row and drop it into the newly opened Cyan bottom Box.
3. Tap the two Orange boxes from the right side and route them into the Orange bottom Box.
4. Start tapping the right-side Mystery Boxes one by one. Each revealed color must match an active bottom Box (Yellow, Bright Green, or the one under Orange) or sit on the Conveyor Belt temporarily.
