Marble Sort Level 501 presents a densely packed board where the early temptations can lead to a mid-game gridlock. The key is to clear only the colors that match the initially active Boxes, leaving the Red block untouched until the board shifts to reveal its target.

The Top Tray is a grid with a front wall of five plain blocks: from left to right, Red, Light Pink, Yellow, Green, and another Light Pink. Behind this wall sit three tall stacks: the center one has a Yellow base covered by Green, Blue, and Purple layers; the side stacks are wrapped in Purple and Blue. Scattered further back are plain Purple, Green, Light Blue, and Red blocks. The bottom has four Boxes initially: Green on the far left, then Light Pink, Yellow, and another Light Pink on the far right.

Marble Sort Level 501 Walkthrough

Your opening moves must match the front-row Boxes exactly: Green, Light Pink, Yellow, Light Pink. The Red block on the far left is a decoy—there is no Red Box yet, so touching it would clog your belt.

The imbalance is that the game shows you almost all you need upfront, but the Red block is a trap. If you tap it early, you lose a crucial empty slot later when peeling the layered stacks becomes necessary.

How to Beat Marble Sort Level 501 — Step-by-Step

Phase one: Clear the Safe Front Row

  1. Guide the Light Pink block on the far right of the Top Tray into the far-right Light Pink Box.
  2. Feed the second Light Pink block (second from left) into the other Light Pink Box, making both disappear.
  3. Drop the Yellow block from the center front into the Yellow Box.
  4. Send the Green block from the front row into the far-left Green Box.
  5. Stop here. Your Conveyor Belt is empty, and the Red block remains untouched.

Phase two: Exploit the New Boxes

  1. After the first wave clears, the bottom Boxes shift to reveal Light Blue, Yellow, Light Blue, and Red (left to right).
  2. Now tap the Red block and route it into the newly revealed Red Box.
  3. Peel Light Blue layers off the side and center stacks, sending them to the two Light Blue Boxes.
  4. As you strip Blue layers, you’ll expose Purple underneath; keep peeling until you uncover plain Light Blue blocks, which you can drop immediately.
  5. When the center stack reveals a Yellow face, deliver it to the active Yellow Box in the second column.

Phase three: Clear the Back Rows

  1. With the front blocks gone and stacks stripped, the back rows become accessible.
  2. The next wave of Boxes shows Red, Light Blue, and Green targets.
  3. Tap the exposed plain Red blocks in the back right and feed them into the Red Boxes.
  4. Wait for a Purple Box to appear, then rapidly clear all Purple layers from the side stacks.
  5. Finish by guiding the remaining plain Green and Light Blue blocks from the back row to their matching Boxes, always checking that the corresponding Box is active before tapping.

Tips & tricks

  • Always keep an eye on your Conveyor Belt; never let it fill with a color that has no active Box.
  • When peeling stacks, work from top to bottom, but only remove a layer if its Box is currently available.
  • If you must wait for a Box to appear, leave that color’s blocks in the tray—don’t tap them prematurely.

Common mistakes

  • Tapping the Red block early because it’s in the front row—this clogs your belt and ruins the mid-game.
  • Clearing colors in left-to-right order without checking the active Boxes—this leads to dead blocks.
  • Ignoring the Conveyor Belt and letting it fill, which blocks you from making any moves.
