Marble Sort Level 404 is a puzzle that tempts you to drop the middle Orange marble early, but doing so will jam your belt. The key is to clear only the colors that match the active bottom Boxes and leave that Orange for the end.

The board shows a Top Tray with a front row of Pink, White, Orange, Yellow, and Pink. Behind them, Iced Boxes and Mystery Boxes hold Dark Green, Light Blue, and more. A Gift Box marked with a 4 sits near the top center, and Tunnels marked with 3s are on the far left and right edges. The bottom Boxes initially ask for Dark Green, White, Pink, and Yellow.

The bottom Boxes are arranged left to right as Dark Green, White, Pink, and Yellow. The front row of the Top Tray holds Pink, White, Orange, Yellow, and Pink. The center Orange is a trap because no Orange receiver is active until later.

The Dark Green marbles are locked behind Iced Boxes in the middle rows, so you cannot clear them at the start. The Iced Boxes also cover Light Blue and Pink, and they only thaw when you drop adjacent blocks. This forces you to clear the safe front-row colors first and then work around the frozen center.

How to Beat Marble Sort Level 404 — Step-by-Step

Clear the Front Row

1. Tap the White marble in the front row; it drops into the White bottom Box.
2. Tap the Yellow marble next to it; it fills the Yellow receiver.
3. Tap the Pink marble on the left edge; it clears the Pink bottom Box.
4. Leave the center Orange marble untouched for now.
5. Watch the lower Boxes shift; now Light Green and more Pink appear as the next active receivers.

Thaw the Iced Boxes and Open the Center

1. Locate the Mystery Boxes that were hidden behind the White and Yellow positions. Tap one to reveal its color.
2. If it shows Light Green or Dark Green, drop it into the matching active bottom Box.
3. Continue tapping Mystery Boxes one by one, matching colors as they appear.
4. When you drop a block adjacent to the Iced Boxes, the frost disappears, freeing Light Blue and Green marbles.
5. Clear those newly freed marbles to open a path to the Gift Box.
6. Drop a block next to the Gift Box to activate it; it opens and reveals four new playable boxes, which may contain Brown or extra Light Blue.
7. Immediately match these new colors into the shifted bottom Boxes to keep your belt clear.

Trigger the Tunnels and Finish

1. With the center cleared, move to the left and right edges where the Tunnels are.
2. Drop the blocks in front of each Tunnel to activate them; they release additional marbles.
3. Expect a flow of Yellow, Orange, and Brown from the Tunnels.
4. Check the bottom Boxes; the back rows now have Orange and Yellow receivers ready.
5. Now drop that center Orange marble you saved; it will fill the Orange bottom Box.
6. Cycle the remaining Tunnel marbles into the corresponding bottom Boxes, tapping slowly to avoid jams.

• Always check the active bottom Boxes before tapping anything; only pull marbles that match.
• Use the Conveyor Belt sparingly; if it fills with unplayable colors, you risk a lockout.
