Level 2 is built around a capacity trap. Three colours — Green, Red, Yellow — and a conveyor belt that holds only fourteen marbles. Drop the wrong two Yellows and you lose before you've even started.
The Marble Sort Level 2 board
The tray is a 2×3 grid, nine marbles to a block. Left column, top to bottom: Red, Green, Yellow. Right column: Green, Red, Yellow. Only the two bottom Yellow blocks are reachable — gravity pins the Red and Green until the Yellow moves. Below sit four boxes. Column 1 opens Green, then two Red and a Yellow. Column 2 opens Red, then another Red and two Yellow. Column 3 opens Green, then a Red and two Yellow. Column 4 opens Green, then two Green and a Yellow.
The trap in Marble Sort Level 2
The belt holds fourteen marbles, and one tap on a tray block releases nine. Tap both Yellow blocks to dig faster and you dump eighteen onto a fourteen-slot belt — it overflows and the run is over. Yellow is the bait: it sits at the bottom of the tray where you have to touch it, but no Yellow box is waiting for it at the start.
How to clear Marble Sort Level 2
- Tap the bottom-right Yellow. Nine yellow marbles fill the belt and stay there — leave the left Yellow alone.
- Tap the middle-right Red it exposes. It clears Column 2's Red box, then starts the second Red behind it.
- Tap the top-right Green now showing. It shatters the front Green boxes in Columns 1, 3 and 4.
- Tap the bottom-left Yellow — once Column 2's Yellow box has drained the belt empty.
- Tap the middle-left Green it exposes. It clears the Green boxes stacked in Column 4.
- Tap the top-left Red. It clears the Red boxes in Columns 1 and 3.
The Yellow marbles still on the belt flow into the back row of Yellow boxes on their own.
The technique that clears Marble Sort Level 2
Treat the belt as a temporary prison for one Yellow block, never two. Release exactly one Yellow, use it as a buffer while you dig out the Green and Red behind it, and it auto-fills a box the moment one opens. The level only beats you when you get greedy and pull the second Yellow too early.
