The Top Tray forms a downward point. At the very bottom sit Light Green on the left, Yellow in the center, and Dark Green on the right. Above these, a row contains Red, Cyan, Dark Blue, Pink, and Cyan. The real problem is higher up: two Gift Boxes labeled '3' sit side by side, with a hidden '?' block between them. A large 5x2 grid of '?' blocks caps the top, so you cannot see the late-game colors until you trigger the Gift Boxes.

The trap is that Light Green and Dark Green stick out at the bottom, looking like easy taps, but they have no matching lower Boxes yet. If you pull them, they will sit on the Conveyor Belt and waste slots. Your only safe opening is to target the center Yellow and the Dark Blue beneath it, because those match the lower Boxes and also touch the Gift Boxes.

How to Beat Marble Sort Level 199 — Step-by-Step

Phase one: Open the Gift Boxes

1. Tap the center Yellow block at the bottom of the Top Tray and send it into an active Yellow Box.
2. Once that Yellow is gone, the Dark Blue block above it becomes reachable. Pull it down to a Dark Blue Box.
3. Now you need to drop blocks next to the Gift Boxes to reduce their counters from 3 to 0. Look for Cyan and Pink blocks near the center. Route one Cyan block down, even if you have to park it on the Conveyor Belt temporarily.
4. Next, guide a Pink block down next to the other Gift Box. Keep an eye on the Conveyor Belt—if it fills, clear a matching color into a Box.
5. Continue dropping blocks that are adjacent to the Gift Boxes: you may need to clear a Red or Yellow that sits close. Avoid the far side colors like Light Green and Dark Green for now.
6. When both counters hit zero, the Gift Boxes burst open and the upper grid flips to reveal Purple, Brown, Pink, and Orange.

Phase two: Clear the new colors

1. After the reveal, the lower Boxes change: now you need Brown, Pink, and Light Green. Check the Conveyor Belt first and clear any clogged colors into their matching Boxes.
2. Look at the newly revealed Brown blocks at the top. Slide one down into the mid-left Box that asks for Brown.
3. Find a Pink block in the upper grid and deliver it to the far-right Pink Box.
4. Now that a Light Green Box is active, you can finally tap the Light Green block that has been waiting at the bottom left. Drop it into that Box.
5. Continue clearing the revealed colors, but be careful with Purple and Orange clusters—only release them when the Conveyor Belt has space to absorb a bad bounce.
6. Work through the Mystery Boxes in the lower columns one by one, using the colors they reveal to fill the remaining Boxes.

Phase three: Finish the outer edges

1. With the inner columns mostly cleared, the Red and Cyan blocks on the far edges of the Top Tray now have matching targets. Pull them down to empty the sides.
2. Keep the Conveyor Belt clean as you finish. If a block has no match, park it only if you have space, and prioritize clearing it as soon as a Box opens.
3. Finally, clear any remaining colors from the upper grid and the Mystery Boxes. Once all Boxes are full, the level is complete.
